  • Beef Brisket

    PRIME grade brisket from Creekstone Farms. It’s rubbed with salt and pepper, then smoked for up to 18 hours until it’s super tender.

    Want to order a WHOLE brisket, and pretend you made it yourself?
    Order 6 or 7 lbs- we’ll find one of the appropriate size. Request UNSLICED in the comments section on the checkout page.
    If you’re reheating it at a later day, we’ll vacuum seal it for ‘ya- leave a note in the comment section on the checkout page (whole briskets only).

    Pork Spare Ribs

    $20.00/lb

    Our spare ribs are rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic, onion & ancho chili powder. They’re smoked for around 5 hours, with a mild glaze applied near the end. 3-5 ribs in a pound.

  • Turkey Breast

    $22.00/lb

    We brine our turkey for two whole weeks, so it’s super moist and tender. It gets a peppery rub before a couple hours in the smoker. Around 8-10 slices in a pound.

Barbecue Meats - Cold Meats

We trim, season, par-cook and chill these meats. They turn out best when you finish at home in your oven / grill / sous vide. See reheating instructions on each product page.

  • Miami Beef Ribs

    $65.00/ea

    We take 1/2″ thick cross-cuts of beef chuck ribs, season, and smoke to tenderness.

    They’re cooled, sauced and packed for you to reheat at home. You can grill them at low heat, or bake in your oven.

    Each pack has 6 pieces (2.5lbs cooked +-.3lbs). These are a great value!

    To reheat: simmer the ribs (in the bag) for 20 minutes. Finish on the grill, medium heat, a few minutes per side. Baste with the sauce in the container.

    You bake at 450 until the skin is sizzling, or grill on medium for a few minutes per side.
