Beef Brisket
$30.00/lbPRIME grade brisket from Creekstone Farms. It’s rubbed with salt and pepper, then smoked for up to 18 hours until it’s super tender.

Pork Spare Ribs
$20.00/lbOur spare ribs are rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic, onion & ancho chili powder. They’re smoked for around 5 hours, with a mild glaze applied near the end. 3-5 ribs in a pound.

Turkey Breast
$22.00/lbWe brine our turkey for two whole weeks, so it’s super moist and tender. It gets a peppery rub before a couple hours in the smoker. Around 8-10 slices in a pound.

Miami Beef Ribs
$65.00/eaWe take 1/2″ thick cross-cuts of beef chuck ribs, season, and smoke to tenderness.
They’re cooled, sauced and packed for you to reheat at home. You can grill them at low heat, or bake in your oven.
Each pack has 6 pieces (2.5lbs cooked +-.3lbs). These are a great value!
To reheat: simmer the ribs (in the bag) for 20 minutes. Finish on the grill, medium heat, a few minutes per side. Baste with the sauce in the container.

Bake on a baking sheet at 425f for 5-8 minutes.
